Vitamin D.  This is an immune system savior.  We are getting to the time of the year where we are getting less sunlight especially due to being back in school.  Kids should be getting a minimum of 2,000 IU’s per day where as adults should be getting 5,000 IU’s.  If you have symptoms or are feeling ill, bump that number up to at least 10,000 IU’s to help your body fight the intruders.
